My Journey back to Myself
For a long time, I was drawn to new age spirituality. Curious about the possibilities, hungry for meaning, and open to transformation, I experienced a few spiritual awakenings that shook me deeply. Moments that felt like ego death and serious reflection on shadow work, although I didn’t have the words for it then. Yet despite these profound experiences, I felt a persistent numbness and uncertainty about what I truly wanted to do with my life.
It wasn’t until I found a community of like-minded beautiful people that something new sparked within me, a sense of belonging and purpose I hadn’t felt before. With a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology, I understood how our minds and social interactions shape our reality in this world, and I realized how much power lies in our own thoughts and beliefs.
That realization led me to coaching and a calling to empower others to break through their inner barriers. Most often, it’s external and internal circumstances holding us back. I’m here to support you in releasing those blockages and stepping fully into the person you are meant to be!
What I do & Who I help
As a certified Self-Renewal coach with Seichim reiki, I work with open minded individuals that are 21 & up, break free from emotional blocks, shift limiting beliefs, and reclaim their power so they can live with purpose, peace, and self-trust.
Through 1:1 coaching, soulful eBooks, self-paced courses, and energy-centered practices, I create tools to guide you home to yourself.
I’ll book a trip just to feel a new city’s energy (bonus points if there’s nature, people, and a metaphysical shop nearby).
I treat networking events like spiritual speed dating, I’m just here to vibe with aligned souls and talk about life’s epiphanies and occasional snacks.
I collect self-growth books like they’re rare artifacts and have at least three half-read ones in rotation at all times.
I firmly believe a mindset shift can hit harder than a plot twist , and I live for both.
My love language is sending people spiritual work memes, being around like minded people, and old relatable Vine’s that cracked me open at 2 a.m.
