Hello my name is Autumn and I am a Certified Self-Renewal and Seichim Reiki Practitioner Levels 1 & 2 helping women ground themselves, release what no longer serves them, and seek embodied confidence.
Throughout my life, I have experienced spiritual and physical burnout that saw no exit sign. Surrounded by uncertainty, I had an epiphany about myself. If I could ground and cleanse my self of mental and spiritual patterns that did not serve me, I can gain the confidence in myself as well as elevating the feminine energy to go out be their most authentic selves. To know that YOUR personal power resides within you and to achieve your goals is the key to this life.
With my model of Grounding-Confidence-Renewal, I have the tools to guide you through your shedding and create a new path for yourself.
